For orders delivered to Hawaii addresses only: We will automatically charge the applicable Hawaii General Excise Tax, which is 4.712% of total. No taxes charged for other locations.

Typically, products will be delivered within 3-5 business days, counting from the next business day after you place your order. For Hawaii addresses, it takes 1-3 business days, counting from the next business day after your order.

If you are dissatisfied with any product or have not received a package, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of the shipment date, in order to receive assistance, or to receive return authorization & instructions. Returns made without an authorization may be refused.
DAMAGES or DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We ask that you keep any damaged or defective product before discarding and contact us for further instructions. In most cases, products may be returned for a refund within 15 days of your receipt of the product. You must state the reason of your return.
Unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
If a customer refuses goods that were to be delivered to them without going through our Return Authorization process made after the products ships, including but not limited to non-deliverable as addressed, then the customer will be responsible for both the shipping cost to send the package(s) to the customer and the shipping costs incurred to have the package(s) shipped back (returned) to us.
